Tantra Meditation.
Welcome Home My meditation is simple. It does not require any complex practices. Stage three The return to absolute innocence, absolute oneness.
This is the Tantra definition of our sexuality:
"If you are too technique oriented you will miss the mystery of Tantra. It is pseudo-Tantra that is based on techniques because if techniques are there, ego will be there, controlling. Then you will be doing it – and doing is the problem, doing brings the doer. Tantra has to be a non-doing; it cannot be technical. You can learn techniques – you can learn a certain breathing so that coitus can become longer. If you breathe very, very slowly, if you breathe without any hurry, then coitus will become longer, but you are controlling. It will not be wild and it will not be innocent, and it will not be meditation either. It will be mind – how can it be meditation? The mind will be controlling. You cannot even breathe fast, you have to keep your breathing slow – if the breathing is slow then ejaculation will take a longer time, because for ejaculation to happen the breathing has to be fast and chaotic. Now, this is technique but not Tantra."Osho Look each other deep in the eyes until faces shift and thoughts fade. Tell each other how much you care. Now is the safe time to let go of anything held back, any untruths, fears, equivocations. Touch softly on the face, the shoulders, the hair. Breathe deeply. As you touch each other, be aware of the moment. Your world right now is that spot where fingers meet back. Concentrate on it. Where flesh touches flesh, you two are already coming together in a sacred space Breathe deeply, look into each others eyes again, and see each other as divine. Behold god and goddess existing beyond your bodies and yet in them, beyond your personalities and yet acting through them. Be conscious. As you gaze, your partners face will shift and change, fade and become brilliant. Like a Picasso portrait, you may see simultaneous faces, one imprinted on the other This eye meditation is so powerful that you may just want to practice this yoga for several days without having union on any other level. The longer you practice it, the closer you will get, and the higher genital union will be when you finally come to it.
Meditation has been found
by people who had deep orgasmic experiences. Meditation is a byproduct
of orgasmic experience. . Orgasm brings you naturally into a
state of meditation: time stops, thinking disappears, the ego is no more.
You are pure energy. For the first time you understand: you are not
the body and
you are not the mind; you are something that transcends both -- a conscious
energy.
"The experience of orgasm not only gives you the ultimate pleasure that the body is capable of, it also gives you the insight that this is not all. It opens a door. It makes you aware that you have been unnecessarily looking outside, your real treasure is within. Maithuna is the art of vibrational rather than frictional sex. You may move in The Great Dance, but not until your bodies tell you that it is time. Until then sit quietly looking into each others eyes. Expect nothing. Make no demands. Just as waves of sound move together in resonance or discord, if the vibrations are not integrated and in harmony between you and your partner, true union is impossible to achieve yet.
